Politique de remboursement
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices included.

The product must not show any signs of installation, modification, or misuse.

Custom-made products, electronic products, and software/programmed items are non-returnable after activation or use.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or any method deemed appropriate by management within a reasonable period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by the store.
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and undamaged.

Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

The replacement product must be available in stock.

Used, installed, modified, or activated electronic/software products are not eligible for exchange.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was delivered, the store will cover shipping and exchange costs.
For regular exchange requests, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees and any price difference.
